What content formats do you support?
Duplikit suports .mp3, .mp4, .mp4a, .flac, and .mov files.
What if my content is longer than 20 minutes?
If your audio or video is longer than 20 minutes, it will use another credit. For example, a 30 min video will use two Duplikit credits.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Close, but not 24/7 (we are a small team of three with families). We are usually online Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm, but some of us keep weird hours. Reach out via the contact form, and we'll get back to you ASAP!
